Vendor subscription problem!

Hello Philip,

Something has gone terribly wrong. I just signed into my account and my Vendor Status is no longer. I paid my bill on 11/1 so there is no outstanding balance due. Please resolve this - we're just going into the busy selling season and I need to post my sales.

Thanks for that! I don't have his extension at Verticalscope so what I did is send emails to the billing department and left them a voicemail too.

By the way, what's the proper process for becoming a vendor now? It's been a few years since I was a vendor here.

I've tried to make contact using the same link on other autoguide forums like they have here, and no one ever contacts me.

Hopefully the contact form I filled out here gets acknowledged. On the other Autoguide forums I've filled out the form on, not once has anyone called me. I've PMd the admin contact there too and never gotten a response.

Vendor Subscription Problem too!

We are no longer a Vendor either, we got a notice on Nov 26th saying that if we are a Vendor that it would auto renew but it hasn't. How do we get our Vendor status back?

They aren't really magic, it just seems that way.
