Help with Vendor Renewal.

I was trying to renew JcrOffroad's vendor account before it expired, but have received no contact back. It has since expired, I still can't seem to get a response from the Contact form. Can you please get me in touch with the right person? Info@jcroffroad. (Pm box is full here because of expired subscription)

Hello Brain,

I got in contact with our vendor rep and it looks like your account is in Auto Renew so you're still signed up as a vendor on the forum. I am not sure why the forum did not notice that. Maybe it is something they do manually in sales. I have added the vendor permissions back to your account and JcrOffroad.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with : )

One other thing, did we get downgraded on features? I only have a google search option on the top of the page. I also get search time errors and it tells me to become a premium member?

Any help would be great.
