Hardtop Install

Every year when I take off my son's softop and lower down the hardtop...I forget how to keep the back window "closed"...my window does not fit tightly and as the vehicle is driven the back window on the hardtop pushes until there is a little opening...what am I taking off with the soft top I should not be or what am I forgetting to put back on? the rubber seals on the tailgate look good and looks like it would have enough pressure to keep the glass closed tighly...anyone got a video link?
