Bubbles in coolant after injector seat change

Greetings wise ones,

I am the not so proud owner of a 2.7 Grand cherokee which now has bubbles coming into the coolant tank after I have had the stealership change all 5 injector seats.
is this co-incidence as I have just read a thread in which one of you said if the cleaning fluid is not cleaned out of the threads properly can cause the fluid pressure to puncture the head.....disaster ensuing.

Could it be anything other than a head or gasket gone? I now have to top the level up every other day but the oil is fine.
