the reason i started this thread is cause when i saw my heap next to a hummer I realised hummers are not really all the bs people make them out to be.

Not that I didn't realize this before, it just became more appearent.
now dont get me wrong i love jeeps and they have been my favorite for a long time and i would take a lifted 4x4 jeep any day over any other car out there but you cannot say this about hummer. i agree that hummer has gone down the drain with the h2 not so bad than the h3 is just bad but the h1 is a beast stock. the video you posted is a stock hummer and i garuntee that jeep isnt stock. the h1 comes with stock 38 inch tires! and even better the hmmwv is a just downright beast.

^Yeah in the video it does not appear to be an actual Humvi - Might be the video, but it does not appear to have the same width as a H1

No offense, but this seems like a waste of taxpayer money. could have had at least 3 jeeps with mods for what that H1 costs.

No offense taken. The Department bought the H1 from the Marine Corps for $1. Most parts, accessories, and labor were donated. Because the reserve division (all volunteers) doesn't have much of a budget. It is mainly a PR tool, and it performs that function well.

Ive been next to that h1 at a red light. It makes sense to use dodge magnums for k9 units, but I couldn't see the need for a H1 in OC. That said, Id spend $1 for it
