If I remember correctly, that is not a real hummer/HMMWV but a replica some russian guy made.

^Yeah in the video it does not appear to be an actual Humvi - Might be the video, but it does not appear to have the same width as a H1

No offense, but this seems like a waste of taxpayer money. could have had at least 3 jeeps with mods for what that H1 costs.

The Department bought the H1 from the Marine Corps for $1. Most parts, accessories, and labor were donated. Because the reserve division (all volunteers) doesn't have much of a budget. It is mainly a PR tool, and it performs that function well.
