Personally, I don't see an issue with a little chrome diamond plate. Just because you wheel a vehicle doesn't mean you can't try and make it look nice too after recovery operations? My wife's JK has black diamond plate ranch hand steel front bumper, my truck has black diamond plate tool box and bed rail caps, and my interior YJ Doors are diamond plate. Its a matter of owner's choice and if anyone else doesn't like it, then don't do it to your own vehicle.

I bought it that way about 3 months ago. I'm still kind of on the fence about whether to take it off or just go with it.

Just go with it. If it what makes yours unique, or you like it, then just roll with it. You're the one who has/wants to drive it

That's awesome, I like to park my jeep on JK's too!

Do you have revolvers F/R or just front? What do you think would be better if I just did one end, front or rear?

Mine are just up front for now. If you're gonna install them, start up front. You can install a truss and limiting strap in the middle to keep it from unloading if you're afraid of that. I have big plans for mine and the flex isn't limited by spring twisting.
