Easy actually. Straight back 2.5" pipe from Jet-Hot coated free-flow AMC manifolds. Tight....but enough room between driver's side frame rail and transfer case. Dump tubes after rear axle, which cannot be seen from rear view.
I wanted to route a single tailpipe out the pass. side but no-one will work on it due to emissions laws. Now there is no room with D60 pumpkin anyways.
Played with many larger case size turbo muffler combinations to calm the noise. Spintech XL (to loud), Magnaflow (to loud), Dynomax (OK), Flowmaster 50 series SUV (way loud), etc... Finally went with stock replacement 500 cid Cadillac turbo mufflers. Fit was fine and pretty quiet. I did not want loud on this one.
