YJ with AEV wheels

Does anybody drive a YJ with the AEV Pintler wheels on it? I have liked these wheels more and more every time I see them. Not sure how I feel about 17" wheels on a YJ but I would like to see them.

I was just wondering if anybody what running them on a YJ. I am in a gathering ideas mode as of lately. Although with these wheels being $200 a piece. I couldn't simply justify wanting them just to want them, rather than wanting them for larger brakes.

Yeah, cant say that Ive seen it on a YJ for sure... might've been a tan YJ if its the one I'm thinking of, but I saw it here well over a year ago. Definitely seen it in the TJ section though

You're going to have to justify the cost of tires too, 17's are way more expensive than 15's.

This is true. Tack on nearly $120+ dollars per tire. At least thats what it cost me going from 35x12.50x15 to 35x12.50x17

I look at it like its a daily driver. As tire size increases so should breaking surface. 17" is kinda needed for cooling a clearance. You could say the same thing about wheeling and needing to buy drive shafts because of lift size. Gotta pay to play and if its worth doing its worth doing right. Just my opinion.
