XJs on ... 37s??

Dont know if this a repost, I remember seeing someones jeep cherokee with 37s, looked awesome. Cant find the picture now though.

So! if you have pictures of 37s or even 35s on a cherokee you should post them up! also... what lift would you need for 37? anyone know? probably like a 6.5 + trimming huh?

That is sick!!! I love it. Was it pretty tough putting the 6.5 on? did you have to get all new driveshafts and such?

The rear end is actually 4" Alcan springs, with 1.5" RE boomerang shackles and a shackle relocation box. That all adds up to @6.5".
The front is Clayton long arms with Rusty's 6.5" springs. The 6.5" may be a little off, as I have JK Rubicon axles, which are a little thicker than the old 30/35 tubes were.
New rear driveshaft, stock front one, loads of welding, and so on

Here's mine on 38s, but I dont think there quite a true size, a lot of tires arent anyways. But I have re 7.5 coils, but its weighed down with bumper, winch, armor, and all that crap. The rear is the re 4.5 lift stuff, with shackle relocation brackets, I'm bout to build new leafs cause mine are kinda bent alot. And it has a good bit of trimming.

wil badger, how does the rustys lift ride. i bought a xj that had the lift on it, had some worn 35s, the lift made the 35s look small. the xj had a blown engine, so i never go to ride in it. parted it out and kept the good stuff. ive also heard that the rustys trac bar bracket isnt up to par. have you had any problems?

It rode ok while I had it on there. The rear springs seemed to flex nicely and the fronts worked ok for being a 6.5 spring with a spacer. As for the track bar mount frame side. Ya I broke the welds on that. I got another one for free from them(don't know how I pulled it off) and also ordered there brace(which was a total joke) and used that for a bit. When I went to full widths I redid everything. I got rid of pretty much everything Rusty's.
