xj with bedlined flare! Go idea or No!!

Ok so i have a 1994 with bushwaacker cut outs i wheel in real tight area's and my flares are scratched real back and make it look like crap! should i bedline my flare or no! can i get a picture if you have one and what steps did you use! primer them or no scuff them up or no! help please
