bigger tires = better traction and ground clearance

skid plates = better protection

lockers = even more traction

small lift = stability and some gain in flex over stock

got it?

there is a right way to lift a jeep yes, but x" lift for x" tires is not the way to determine that

Platinumniner. Thank you for your comments even though they were not necessarily helpful. Like I said I understand that I will give up some flex but my local wheeling consists of sand dunes, hill climbs and mud. Having said this it IS important fr me to maintain a low cog and I will not need a tremendous amount of flex. I'm also in highschool and mommy and daddy don't pay for my jeep so i do not have limitless spending capabilities. An thank you t everyone who posted pics your rigs are sick! Let's get a few more pics up guys!

Here ya go, 3 inch lift, cut and folded front and rear fenders, and 33x12.5. These are on my old 94 I had, still flexed great, and only rubbed on LCAs at full lock (they were stock).

so yes you can do 33s on a 3 inch lift.

Oh yeah and I only did sand dunes and some mud. this set up worked great

alright here is 2 inches of lift and 33's. This was my favorite stage of any of my jeeps and beleive me i have had all sizes of lift and tires. As you can see it still flexed pretty damn well.

Man, that makes my jeep look like an old volvo by comparison, on my 30s. Is that a two-door?
