i had one friend of friend who was an idiot and had his XJ for 2 days and we took it to a local muddin spot and he hits this one puddle at speed and its bout bumper deep on his stock xj so it sorta spuddle and stumbles so the fool hammers it at the next puddle and the thing takes a final gulp and throws 2 rods through the pan
had another buddy do the same and buried his dodge up to the hood and pooched his transmission, carpets, amp, crossover and subs
i love rookie wheelers that dont listen when you tell em to check the water first
as for the how do ya know depth...get out and walk it if ya dont like trackin mud and water in your vehicle get some hip waiters and toss em on the roof rack when your done
That sounds reasonable. I wonder what would happen to your radiator if water reaches overthe bumper and make its way in there?
Some buddy told me you could have your exhaust underwater as long as you keep a constant rpm, I guess you could only do that with a stick, right?
