White YJ with Black Headlight Bezels

Even body color (white) would be better than chrome. I'd try the black first, then if you didn't like it, paint them white. I dont know why Jeep insisted on putting chrome bezels on Wranglers when nothing else is usually chrome on them.

At least Jeep did not put any chrome on my 99 Cherokee sport. It is either black or body colored (dark green). The lug nuts are chrome, that is it. They would look better black.

I've got a white 94 YJ with white bezels. I think it would look like it had a pair of black eyes unless you painted the grill black also.

Also have a white YJ. I've looked at the front end, and I think it needs contrast. But I don't think painting the bezels black would do it. I think I'll install a brush guard (for some height) and mount some chrome off road lights. This should break up the "white field of snow" look of my front end.
