i would use gloss black wheel paint.

EDIT: i love black wheels on jeeps, i just am a little sketchy about these wheels b/c i like the silver also.

I think it looks better now if you had a black top the black rims would look better.

Dont paint them....rather sell them and buy some black steel wheels of similar design. You could get $50+ per wheel and pay $60-$90 each for a nice new set of Crager steel wheels that wont leave you stranded in the woods like a broken alloy wheel would.

Yeah, paint the centers black (from the imitation rivets inward) and keep the edges silver (the parts parallel to the tread face), if that makes sense.
