what kind of set up is this dude running?

I'm relatively new when it comes to fenders, tires and lifts, but I saw this wrangler and thought it looked awesome. I know its probably hard to tell what kind of lift and tire size he's got going on , but anyone got any guesses? I'd really appreciate it

the fenders are smittybilt xrc. front bumper is LoD offroad. tires are nitto mud grapplers look to maybe be 37's on 17" wheels. wheels could be made by anyone really that's a common style. if its on 37's maybe a 4" lift?
