I didn't like the Viking top at first, but it has grown on me.....if I didn't just buy a new sailcloth top last fall, I would for sure buy one of these tops! Looks good crgrissom

Thanks, I like it, too. When these first came out I wasn't sure about the 'fast back' look vs. the standard/classic 'squared off' soft top, but now I like the fast back better.

So you can run this as a safari style top also? And if so, how about some pics of it

yup you can, all the windows unzip and store in a storage bag that is
underneath the top "flap" of the top. oddly enough I dont have any pics
of it like that....

I am noticing you all have hard doors. Will this work with soft door uppers?
Also what is the price diff from a new sail cloth top to ones of these?
Do you need the factory softtop hdw? or do you remove all of it?
I like this and when my top fails I may replace it with this.

Hardware?

I have a TJ with a hard top. I understand I need the windshield header by besttop. But do I need anything else? How does it seal around the doors?

I just installed mine a few days back. I am very pleased with it - I really like the look of it, and the fit and finish is really good. Thor's customer service is second to none.
