i used an exazto knife. i cut about an inch and a quarter off the flare and after cutting them down i hit the edge with a sander and painted them with krylon fusion
edit:: it might have been an inch and 3quarters i cant rember

i love that.
is it " street legal " .. as in, are you able to drive around with out getting pulled over / ticketed constantly? love to do it, just worried about NJ police and the laws concerning that, it's not my DD, but it still has to be driven to trails, and on nice days.
