Pulled the milkjugs, added a Rugged Ridge light hoop and a pair of KC Slims.

I'm very interested in making a similar mod to my stock bumpers, but am looking for a bit of information...first off, what did you use to cut it?...second of all, what is the best option to use for painting?

last but not least, mounting a wench to the stock bumper.....what all would be needed to make this dream a reality?

i personally use a grinder with a cut-off wheel. some people use a recip. saw. i think the grinder gives a better/cleaner cut.

for painting, i just used some Rustoleum satin black spray paint after lightly sanding it down just to get any surface junk off of it.

for mounting a winch, you will need a winch plate such as this one from Rough Country:

Cut 8" off of each side..Modded the jugs, flipped them upside down and reinstalled. Moved the driving lights to the center section. Most people know that it is different, but don't know how..

Here's what I just completed with mine.
Cut them on a bandsaw. The ends are cut at 30 degree's.
Welded all the front holes solid.
Then I cut some pieces for end caps then welded.
The stinger is a solid bar.
