I was trying to make them look like cj flares but make the angles more defined like tube fenders... I have to mess with them a little more to get them to where I want... as soon as this damn rain stops

Personally, I'm not a big fan of cutting up your flares. Just doesnt make the jeep feel "complete". But to each his own, if you like it go for it.

If I didnt wanna maintain the ability to revert to stock when/if I sell mine, I'd be doin mine tonight!!!

I would like a simple walk thru tho - I know it seems simple, but I'm sure [like anything else]... there's do's and dont's learned from experience

What are you going to do for a side marker light now???

They call them "side" marker lights because they go on the "side" of the vehicle. You'll need some kind of lights on the "side" of your fenders to replace the ones you removed.

I don't know about the export TJs, but the export Libertys have their side marker lights on the fender. They are located right about where the Trail Rated badge goes. Perhaps you could mount amber lights there to keep your TJ legal.

The way you have your side marker light setup now will earn you a ticket next time you get pulled over.
