There's always the AEV way... although I don't know if they still sell the hood for the normal fenders... they have the Highline hood mentioned. You'll probably have to call if you're interested. Maybe you can find a used one from someone who did the original AEV hood and later went to Highline.

Otherwise get a hot-rod shop to louver the stock hood.

Personally I would love to have louvers added to the rear like the FJ40 / FJ45 has - on the curved section... but that would require a very specialised louver punch I think...

Think I might see how much work it'll take to cut those out of a scrap hood and blend in to the Highline hood Got me thinking now

I thought about it, but there is no way I'm taking the louver off just to paint the bolts. I guess I could tape around them and just hit the tops with paint, but I'm kinda lazy I guess.

I don't really like having to have logos and graphics on my jeep, (especially when I pay full price for an item!) since all of the large panel louvers I could find had one, I just decided to cover it up haha

Has anybody had their louver Line-X'd? I'm thinking about getting one and having the top of it done so that it matches my fenders but I would like to see it done before I commit to it.

Could you PM me a picture of it? I don't know why it won't show me your picture in the thread.
