2 more inches wheel well clearence (2" BB, or 2" spring lift, or 2" BL) and 5 on 4.5 to 5 on 5 x 1.25 thick wheel adaptors will be need to run stock JK wheels and tires.
I got my wheel adaptors from a friend who bought them from Adapt-It USA...$44.75 each.

If the backspacing's the same as the Mopar versions, chances are they will still need spacers. The JK Moabs have 6.25" backspacing and the TJ Moabs have 5.0" of backspacing.


How much are those MR-1s? I didn't see a price on there.

Thanks. The suspension is a mix n match of parts that I've gotten deals on over the years. 4" SA 1" BL is the short version. There are a few things that I plan to change but it works well for what I do now.

Still going back and forth trying to decide!
32X11.5X15 or 255X70RX17's...
I drive a 2000 TJ. No mods yet, but have a 2" bb, 1" bl and new shocks waiting to go on, should I elect too.
Just can't decide. To buy the 32's, it will run me $400. To put the 17's on, it's a freebie, but will need to buy the adapters... ($200) hmmmmmmm.....

Here is my contribution to the facination of the JK wheels on the TJ. Honestly it makes a 12 year old Jeep look new. I love them. $500 for the set of 5 with less than 100 miles. Then of course $200 for the adapters. I am glad more people think the same.

No lift, it's stock. 17" Rubicon wheels, 32" BFG MTR's stock rubicon tires. No rubbing of flares, but they rub when I make sharp turns. Thanks for the compliments.
