Why do you never want your Rubicon on the beach?

take a seat around the fire kids, let me tell you a story!!
Shortly after the second shot was taken, my wife and i were driving on the beach in Oregon looking for sea shells and such. we were by the sand dunes out there. we decided to get off the beach and go into this little town down the road. Just as i turned to head away from the water, i felt a hit onthe back of the Jeep. i suspected a 4wheeler had hit me. btu as i went to move i realized i couldnt. at that moment, sea water started to come up through the shifter boot!!! my wife and i bailed out of the jeep throughher door, because i couldnt open mine. we jumped out into 2 ft of water. a bystander on the beach sad we got hit by a 5 foot wave, and it dug the sand out from under my jeep. so now the tides coming in!! and my jeep swallowed water. it took 2 trucks hooked to my winch cable to pull it out, and after 20 min. of tugging on it, the finally pulled it out, but the water was completely covering the back ofthe top and was mid windshield INSIDE the jeep. needless to say it was totalled. have you ever seen the videos of those idiots that are watching their vehicle get sloshed around in the ocean? that was me!! luckily i had full coverage ins. and it is legal to drive where i was driving so it was covered, but it was probably the worst day of my life!! soon after i got the Rubicon, and i dont plan n loosing it the same way!!

I think if that happened to me I would cry.
Seriously. That sucks. Keep the Rubi off the beach.
