tj on 37s with mild lift

looking to see what tj on 37s would look like. also would like to know your set up (drivetrain, suspension axles)

want to know if its worth going to 37s rather then settle for 35s in the future.

37" BFG Krawlers on a 4.5" RE long arm kit. pics are not mine, but belong to a guy in my club. he's running a stock d44 rear with alloy shafts, and a custom built d44 front from an 81 wagoneer. running 5.38 gears and lockers f/r. oh yeah... and it's his daily driver.

wow nice rig. how do you like that set up? I kinda have the feeling that going with 37s and up with stock wheel base will make a tj way to tippy. maybe wider axles and rims maybe.

nice jeep though freggin awesome!

Thanks Actually the Jeep is really stable but I also cut both of the axles at 66" so it is about 6" wider than a stock TJ which helps with the stability.

Jeep looks sweet. How hard was it to install that lift? Im looking into the 8" RR kit from skyjacker and was wondering if there's a lot of modifications I have to do.

Old thread revival! Hahaha Technically a 1.75" lift. Just a 3/4 spacer rear (to compensate for the tire carrier that isn't on at the moment) and a 1.25" body lift.
