Smittybilt I-RACK

A roof rack is to much money for me at the moment so i am looking at the Smittybilt I-RACK to carry tools, gas cans, and highlifts. Just wondering if anybody else has or has seen this product and/or has any pictures and/or opinions about it. Also wondering if i need an after market tire carrier........

Wow, I just looked it up on 4wd.com and it looks pretty sick. I doubt anyone has it yet because I think it is a brand new product. Knowing smittybilt they will make 50, post it in a catalog, then have it backordered for a few months. Either way, if I get 130 extra bucks I might try this out

Personally, I think smittybilt makes alot of cool looking cheap items, but their quality isnt always the greatest.

Terrible2, I used to think that but both of my bumpers I have are smittybilt and they're pretty solid products! Its just the hardware they provide that isnt tip top.

ok, you DONT need an after market tire carrier if you carry anything lighter then a full gas can on this rack. they are on back order, (of course) and the list is pretty long from what the guy i was talking to was saying. "Few weeks wait least"

Has anyone used the I-Rack yet? Will it truly hold the weight of a gerry can and a hi lift jack?
