Sorry, cant' post pics yet. I just used a sawzall and made a template out of cardboard. Pretty easy and you can shape em however you want.

Not the greatest pic, but I cut mine and moved the factory fogs inwards.

Plan was to weld endcaps on, but in reality I'll probably end up buying or building a whole new bumper.

i took a cutoff wheel on my grinder to my front bumper. it makes all the difference just to cut it, but it's even better if you take the rubber/plastic bump things off the front too.
here is a close up of just one side, but you can see where it was cut....

it has since been painted and looks even better.

I put lights IN my rear bumper.

Harbor Frieght lights, $8.99. Cutting disc, 50 cents. Being able to see while backing up, priceless.

I like that ^ idea...looks great!

I cut my front bumper about 9 months ago. Keep meening to hit it with some paint...someday! I ended up leaving the square rubber bumperettes on since I have after-market tow hooks that stick out beyond the leading edge of the bumper. Would rather bump my leg on the rubber than the tow hook!

Here it is:
