Yup, redlyner you sealed it for me. It looks bad *** and matches the tops tint almost perfectly. 30-35% for me. How much do tint jobs usually run?

I think mine was $80 and the Tint people came out to my place to do it.

Extremely good service! I have been very pleased- no bubbles, or cracks, or anything and the tint has been through sub zero winters in Colorado, dry 100+ degree days in Moab, and humid as hell 100+ degrees here in Charlotte.

For the two front windows only, I dont think I would pay more then $80. I got quotes on my old grand am, they wanted $185 for 5 windows at 25%. Didnt think it was worth it on that car.

I know a couple places near me that have done friends cars(Ram 1500 quad cab, Lincoln MK, Ford Contour) and they charged them like $80, but it was a place near the city. They do a great job and still offer lifetime guarantee.

Redlyner, you have any issues at night with that? like on back roads where it is usually dark with no streetlights? What about when you wheel and get the windows muddy?

30% isn't all that dark, so I have never felt like I couldn't see on a back road. 20% or 5%, now that is getting dark!

I hate the mud... with a passion , so I rarely get it on the windows. But the couple of times it got on the inside of the window (actual tint) it didn't seem to damage it. I just clean with water. No soap or windex.

How long has it been since you've done yours? How's it holding up? I've got the bestop RAT with tinted back windows but I'd like to have my front uppers tinted to match. If this works and holds up it might be an option for me.
