probably should post in the correct forum. that being said, no I would not be afraid of the rust you showed, its normal. look closer at the actual frame and body, that's where the rust occurs that you would need to be concerned about.
I would avoid, yes those are common rust areas but that amount of rust is an indicator this thing has been used on salted roads alot and over time more will manifest in places you dont want. The scale beginning on that drive shaft is not what I would call a normal level. My .02

The rotor comment is pretty spot on, though. If it's moved recently, then it's definitely got a siezed caliper piston. Not a huge deal. Like $60 and an evening of work.
Oh, and I'm too lazy for a wirewheel. Just a cheap rattle-can of Rust Reformer has proven some pretty awesome results on my stuff before.
Frame looks decent. That rust isn't super scary as others have said. Also aside from frame and floor pans look at the fenders. I know my TJ started to rust through
Look at the picture where the rotors are visible. This jeep has been sitting for a LONG time! (third picture down) I wonder if it would drive with that much rust on the rotors.
That's funny , a jeep can't and will never live up to the legendary LandCruiser status , I'm a former FJ40 owner so I know , only reason I went with a YJ , it's as close to the LC I can afford
