What kind of mesh/screen is that on the cowl?

jeepwrangler97: The 700-800 foot drop had no road! The trail was steep and soft enough. The cowl material is perforated stainless steel.

Along the flume trail near Virginia City, NV. Big drops and climbs. Pucker up!
Small world I know that road.... Had an interesting afternoon there once exploring in our 09 Suburban with the family in tow. Had a tire blow out at a very nasty section good times. Needless to say we were done exploring at that point. Whats at the end of the road I wanted to keep going and was hoping for a place to do some plinking ?

My kids do the same thing. You should have heard them screaming last time I took the Jeep into mud. "Dad, we're gonna get stuck! DAD, WE'RE STUCK!!! AUUUUUUGGGGGHHHH!!!" We weren't stuck, we just temporarily absconded from both forward and reverse momentum.

Seems to be a few people wanting to do this trail. I'll post in the Nevada forum if I figure out when I can get time to do it. I'd want to do some plinking as well.

G'day from Aus.

Crappy panorama shot.

Currently a humid 29c (84 on your silly scale).

And another one I took the other day:

it runs between Duck Hill (south end of washoe valley) and 1/2 way house top of jumbo grade. Not for the faint of heart.

We do runs every weekend. so consider joining the group anytime.

It is. If you go right above moss lake before you get unto the trees you'll get to where I took that.
By the way how are the Reno4x4 runs? I've been meaning to go on one but always forget to check when they're having one
