Rollcage for Ford GPW 1942

Dear Friends

Kindly suggest the roll cage for Ford GPW 1942 & Willys MB 1942.
I would appreciate if u post any link or picture

any roll bar for a cj2a will work. you will have to take the tool box lids off the rear wheel wells if you want to use that space for storage.

Early CJ5 bars would work too, GPW's did not come with or have roll bars from the factory.

Here is a ECJ5 bar in my CJ2A, I like these because they have a slight slant backward that matches the slant of the windshield almost perfectly.


94 V8 YJ, SOA, H1's, 37's, HP D44, D60, 4.88's, winch and some other goodies
1946 CJ2A, 225 V6, T98 D18, Warn OD, D30/D44. Dual winches mild lift & 34's

Here's a pic of my old 2A.

PO added a front hoop that wouldn't work with the side supports on the hinged windshield, so they sealed the window and cut the side supports

Most roll cages for jeeps by design can be detached (removed).
