mine has a 350/350 motor trans, ford 9" and a 1952 chevy drop axle. my first lowered vehicle build. recently i added airbags to the front to get it lower. which made my total investment go up($800). . it works pretty good, doesn't look good, body is pretty beat up.
If you have any more pics post them up I know I'd like to see em. Is the ford 9 a truck axle? Did you have to use spacers to get the tires out there? Did you custom build the frame or just box C notch the factory frame? I've really just recently gotten into hot rodding and rat rods but I've been working jeeps for years (11 or so). I just started work on a 4wd rod and using a '48 2A.
WOW, I have been wanting to build a rat rod so bad but I never even considered a Jeep rat rod??? Now Ive got a good reason to build one! That first one is AWESOME!

A wise man once told me, "I am going to give you some advice; you can take it or leave it, but keep in mind that it is worth exactly what you paid for it"
Do you have a couple more detailed shots of the one in tow. I would love to see more of that Jeep. They are both very nice!
