Looks good so far.

I would add:
-Wall mounted bottle opener
-Keggerator
-Cheap folding metal chairs, or even some of those Walmart folding camp chairs
-Urinal

As far as the room itself, sanding down the ceiling and finish mudding the walls. Don't forget paint, as well.

Fix the window and door trim, and add a simple baseboard. 1"x5" PVC would be great for a basement, as it won't mold up and is much tougher than wood.

Paint the cement floor with a nice mildew resistant, sealing paint.

It's not a lot of work for you, a buddy, and a 12 pack, and probably shouldn't take more than 1 weekend for the mud and trim. The paint will probably take another weekend. I can't see it costing more than $1000 for everything.

I put my man cave on hold, I moved to Cornelia and have to sell my old place and find a new one.
Do you want to buy a NIB Epson 6500UB on the cheap, I guess I could put money towards my Jeep fund instead...

Anyway it's a great start, I am very jealous right now...

For everyone else wondering if that's a printer or something, it's a home theater projector. Sounds like it would be great in a man room and some nice recliners.

I alrdy got a projector, and 106" silver cinema screen in the pool/bar room. I guess I got two man caves. This pictured is actually 1/4 of the garage. I had so much room I'd figre I'd fix it up and turn it into a sitting area. I got my smokes down there(Cigars not cigerettes) the recliner my wife hates and some furnishings we're not using. Yes, the little thing is a sewing machine table... Gonna look around CL for free couches and chairs. I like the staining the concrete idea. Definitely gonna finish the triming, drywall and painting. I need to put some lighting there too. Maybe a ceiling fan.

Haha, that is what the PO of our house did in our shop... He cut a bottle of Garage hand cleaner and hung it on the wall upside down, with a hose clamped on the bottom and ran it out the back of the wall. Oh and our shop was a chop shop too

Do you plan on putting a TV in there, or is it just a spot for you to at your jeep?
