Pic of 02-06 mirrors folded

Thinking of getting the 02-06 style mirrors for my 2000.

I understand they fold differently so would like to see what they look like.

Odd request but thanks

if you ever plan on moving them to the a-pillar, stick with the old style and I'll tell you why.... the '03 and up mirrors are constructed differently, you gotta relocate the whole assembly, and it looks like crap, IMO. Someone gave me a set of relocation brackets for my '03 and after seeing them installed, I thought better of it.

But hey, if you still want them, I'll trade ya mine. I hate not having mirrors when my doors are off, but I hate the way they look when relocated to the a-pillar even worse.

Thanks for the info.

I wont be relocating them. I have a mirror that goes in the driver's door hinge when the door is removed.

My old ones have lost all the powdercoat on the arm and the black plastic is scratched from branches.

How do yours look?

Only pics I have but this is as far as you can fold in a 02-06 TJ mirror. I have bumped them and rubbed them and so far I have not ripped one off.
