Can you put a winch bumper on the front 4 fog lights on the roof lights and paint it the same color as the monster sticker on the back window

can someone photoshop these wheels for me? i was thinking of 2 toning them. i want the lip, JEEP center cap and the little 'nodules' left silver and the rest of the rim black. Also, can u put them on my jeep ? please and thank you
