Need pics of ZJ grill MODS

I am going to be modding my ZJ grill, was looking to see some pictures of everybody's mods they did! Wanting a thread that has all the mods in one place

Post a picture of your grill, and what paint you used, and what prep work was done, if you used sand paper what grit?

Start postin'!

That a function hood scoop? And I think I'm going to at least start cutting out the front slots tonight and get it sanded, before I decide what mesh and paint I want to use, either rough textured, or glossy shiny black...

i painted the stock Chrome grill on my ZJ black. nothing major. i cleaned it well and sprayed with some cheap-o paint. holding up surprisingly well after 4 years or so.

You didn't sand it or anything? I'm thinking I may just clean the grill really good with some left of paint thinner and spray krylon fusion on it

Bought hardware cloth, and some epoxy, did the mesh mod for the grill, and lightly roughed it up with some emory tape, then sprayed with bedliner spray from autozone, came out pretty nice.
