Mystery vehicle

Any idea what the yellow vehicle is in the attached pic. Edmundís thinks it may be a modded Jeep Wrangler.

Well that tested my googling ability. Seems to be a "Tatonka Grunt" discontinued kit car.

Tried for a while using image search and while it was coming real close it just wasn't working. Next started to look for south african or japanese suvs as it kinda looked like their style - no luck. Lastly just used "custom offroad kit car" thinking it could be a kit car and that was the ticket.
