Oh well, all those decals sure to add at least 20 more horsepower!
Combined with the 6" of lift that the CNYJeep.org sticker gives you, there's a real monster of a jeep there

After weeks of preparation,,

And only a few permanently rusted bolts

This is the weekend I finally ,,(fingers crossed),, get to spray the YJ exterior in Outbreak..

Next week the interior gets bathed in black....

Keep moving forward. But keep an eye on history, for if you don't, you are doomed to repeat it.

Bet it is! Just did a run with the club, didn't see many YJ's Hopefully we'll catch up.

Considering monstalining my TJ. Not sold on a color yet. They make too many good ones. Think I dragged my feet too long because it's getting chilly here in NY and likely wont be able to do it until spring.

Gives me time to decide whether my jeep wants to be a predator or pyroclastic

Flexing Monsta!

Open diffs and the drooped tires being 4" off the bottom of the creek required a winch pull

Here are some of the pics from last weeks effort..

I probably didn't thin it out enough on the first coat
so it created a nice rough texture

which was evened out to some degree by thinning the second coat a bit more..

And here's a little something I came up with to help with the masking...

I thought Magnetman would appreciate this

I was working by myself and I have these magnets That I got from HF sitting around (mostly because there so cool),,
I used them to hold the plastic in place long enough to tape it..but they could be used instead of tape in some instances..
The trick to getting them back off is to use a few of the magnets in a stack,
The one stuck to the steel comes off with the other magnets when you touch them together..

That looks really good. I can't believe how purple the Outbreak looks in pics.

And I thought I had done everything cool with magnets but you are Magnetman this week

Thanks for the honor

Strange thing is that it looks MORE purple in person..

I'm not unhappy with the color at all,, I did expect it to be more like a dark navy blue with red undertones..
but when I look at it, the only word that comes to mind is purple..or maybe blurple lol..

Magnetman, I have some questions concerning touch ups.. where is the best place to get those answered ?? I've read as much as I can on the forums and website but I think I might have created some problems for myself and could use some expert advice..to figure the best way to proceed..
