That looks really good. How do they do the two tone? One on top of the other?

I hate to say you have to be careful with the graphics. Have been two vehicles here in Portland that have been thwacked by legal crap. One was a gi joe clone and the other was a Barbie clone. Seems like free advertising from fans to me but the legal folks have nothing better to do that to work cases where someone is ot paying royalties for their property. I see it both ways.

I'm just sayin!

There's a whole fourm of guys who do jp jeep reproductions. I wouldn't be surprised if they didnt lurk here as well.

If magnetman could match the colors it would be good advertising over there.

I am planning to monsta my zj but the paint on the hood and roof is cracking and peeling off. What do you recommend I do.. I'm worried that after I roll it that the paint underneath will flake/peel causing the monsta to do the same. Would chassis saver over the entire jeep do it?

Sand it down to bare metal and prime with either the universal primer or 2 part epoxy before the ML

You can roll the primers also

Alright thanks. I may just get a hood from the junkyard then do the roof how you suggest.

Sand out a test area on the hood just to see what it does.

When you say peeling, is it peeling to the metal or is clear coming off the base coat?

The clear and color are coming off to the primer. No metal is showing.

What size orifice is recommended for spraying this? Would an airless sprayer push the liner through?

It's up to you if you want to save to the hood. Don't know how much a junk yd replacement costs vs the effort + cost of some primer

Thanks for the info. I can't wait to get started on this project. Thoughh I can't decide on the color. It's between desert tan and od green.

How much would you think for my job? I have a yj. The plan would be to "paint" the exterior the lime green color, roll the entire tub and accessories (hinges, bumpers, mirrors, hood vent, etc) with black. And possible black on my wheels. Maybe a gallon of green and a gallon of black?
