I think the Apocalypse is very close to the Crush but go check it out. I saw the Crush myself recently in the street

I have 3 or 4 sets of Predator project pics. Will post late today or tomorrow when I get back home

I know there's a rig in here also

98 Jeep TJ

First post here, but I used the site extensively when deciding to redo my 1998 TJ Sport. Hauled the filthy dog-hair-matted carpet out a couple of months ago, redid it in Monstaliner spice. I'm pretty happy. Pics are pre-sanding, during first coat, then finished and assembled.

Holy Crap Batman! I've never seen a tub that nice BEFORE it being lined! Nice work and great color choice. I tend to not like spice unless its paired up with that Jeep green!

thanks. I was pretty surprised when I pulled up the carpet as well. A lot of scuffing in the front floor wells but everything else was really clean. I have been using Husky liners in the front since I got it but otherwise just the carpet everywhere. Oh, and I just used the regular roll-on Monstaliner Jeep kit.

Wow that turned out amazing! And I agree that the green and spice go together perfectly. Super clean job.

How long did that take you start to finish? How happy are you with the results?

Cheers

Quite happy so far although it's still offgassing 3 weeks after I did it. Hoping that stops soon.

How long to do it--it was MLK weekend, so

Saturday was ignoring it and going bar-hopping down the Keys instead (we got as far as Marathon).

Sunday was probably a solid 6 hours of taking out the inside hardware/washing/sanding/cleaning with acetone (I don't want anything to do with MEK) and taping.

Monday was 2 hours to do the first coat, took a 2 hr break, another hour to do the second coat. Stuff was pretty thick for that second coat. Then I pulled the tape and left it alone until the following weekend, I took the Metro to work instead.

Following Saturday I put it back together. Maybe 2 hours of labor. I had a couple of bolts that were semi-stripped, so I had to go to Ace to get replacements. The passenger seat belt was semi-retracted and took some gentle convincing to get back enough slack, but I was patient after reading around on here about dealing with that.

I noticed a slight squeak this week and located it to the drivers seat, I hadn't tightened the bolts properly. That took maybe 5m to rectify.
