If I didn't have height restrictions getting into parking structures at work, I would just put more suspension lift. But I've only got about 2-3 inches in some places before I start hitting things inside the parking structures, and going from 31.5" tires to 35" tires will probably take up most of that space

Measure carefully, bring a tape measurer to a garage and get some specifics. Make sure your Jeep has very little inside so it will be at its highest point.

I think actually the tallest part of the jeep is the bows on the soft top, I wonder if I could gain a few inches of clearance by going to a bowless soft-top, or just a bikini top in the summer. (I run factory soft top with windows and doors removed for most of the year). At home I've got about 4-5 inches of clearance in my garage, so I'm not really worried there.

I definitely prefer the bikini top.

I can't say enough about Metalcloak products and customer service. The quality is top notch. Install was without issue on both my front bumper and the overlines. I hear a lot of folks *****ing and moaning about the cost, but the product is worth it. You get what you pay for with Metalcloak products. Matson is a good vendor and he takes care of his customers. I will buy more Metalcloak products in the near future because I consider Metalcloak to be up there with Savvy and Rokmen as my favorite vendors to do business with. Here is a pic of where my build is at so far:

I was wondering what gears i would have to put in if i run 35's or maybe 37's cause im looking into gearing the arched flares. I have a 2in right now with 33's everythings stock on it . its a 2002 Tj wrangler X Auto
