I bet most people rattle can it. Recently I installed Savvy armor. I went to several body shops for a paint quote on the corners. It averaged 900 dollars. I then went to my powder coater down the road and he charged me 350 for the corners. Later I took him my lower sliders, that was 200. So mine is gloss powder on the corners and textured finish on the lowers, both black because I have a black Jeep. Yes, the paint/powder coat was nearly as much as the armor kits. BTW, Line X quoted me about 600 for all four pieces.
