A buddy of mine has been doing a lot of AEV conversions and for the money and the hassle that is involved it just dose not seem like you gain that much over tube fenders and we have done both. Since your LJ is already lifited I would stay away from the AEV and go with tube fenders and crusher corners (got mine for around 1335.00 shipped but for an LJ they will be a little more for the rears and they were direct bolt on with inner fenders on the front and battery tray from TnT customs/Go Treks only had to drill holes to mount up the rears) with the proper tire coverage if that is what is required by the laws of your state and since it is your DD. Plus they in my opinion give more room for tire flex and less metal hanging down than the factory or the AEV ones. The plus side of this also is if you do a lot of off roading the tubes will stand a lot more abuse than the AEV flares up against a tree or a rock. Most people go with the AEV stuff to gain lift before adding one and also for the looks and if that is your thing by all means I am not trying to talk you out of anything because life is to short to go thru it unhappy.If I had the money to do it all over again I would have found an LJ just did not have the cash in 04 when I was used Jeep shopping because in my opinion they are the best looking rigs with a lift on them no matter what you do to them bar none. No worries, Thank you ! I welcome all opions and the ones from experience carry more weight with me. I do already have a great set up. I am very happy with my '05 LJ. The Rubicon in my opinion is underated. To get this kind of equipment installed would be expensive and confusing for some. My Rubicon Express lift kit is a 4.5" superflex. I'm only wishing I'd gone with a 5.5" instead. My obsession with an over the top LJ is just that, my obsession. I'll definitely look TnT customs up. The information I'm gathering on tube fenders makes sense. I'm not sure about the tire coverage laws here in Colorado but it's something to consider. I like the way the highline looks but I trail thrash my ride so it's not just about that. I'll install headers and an exhaust before seat cover's anyday!

Just a quick question if anyone knows, what brand are the wheels on the 2 red Rubicon in the first post in the 2nd picture, that are grey beadlocks 5 spoke with a yellow symbol in the middle?

They are AEV rims. You can find them on their web page or even on Quadratec.com AEV stands for American Expedition Vehicles. Quadratec had them on sale a few days ago. $250 each! For beadlocks that's a deal!
