Most my trips are in the mountains of WA State. But, here's a few pics from a recent trip to the sand dunes of Eastern WA State. Not sure why they call it the Evergreen State. A lot of it is brown.

Haha, I guess it looks that way from these pics, but no I was between duty stations at the time so I put it on in a parking lot by my lonesome with just the tools I keep in my trunk, and thanks very much.

depends on which side of the state your on where abouts was that trip at?

Juniper Dunes, outside of Tri-Cities. I am pretty familiar with the differences of the East and West sides of the state. I have lived in WA for 40 years on both sides.

The past 13 years, I've lived in Eastern WA. So, I see brown most of the time... Except for the Columbia River out my back window.
