Yes, but I think thers's supposed to be a Jeep in the pic, too.

Sorry, just now seeing your question. It is a "WhataJeep" conversion. I have two. Originally in Fredericksburg, TX, they later moved to Amarillo, TX. When Jeep came out with their OEM 4-door, the WhataJeep folks went out of business.

I did find an old website that explains what they did. Be sure to click on the GALLERY to see the different vehicles they created.
