Yes it is me from the F-T-E forums. It worked out quite well. Still not finished with the inside 100% but it saved me quite a bit over the motels.
Got 10.0-10.5 MPG on the way out dropped as low as 9.5 MPG on the way back (running 70MPH)

Looks to me like a military ammunition bunker. Looks very similar to the type used by the US military.

yes it is a military hangar and shelter for aircraft. specifically for aircraft MiG -21, MiG-23, Su-7, Su-22. These hangars are in the former Soviet military base "Milovice" near the capital city of Czech Republic, Prague. if you want to see more photos from this area look at these galleries
