Grey scotch bright pads are good to scuff that surface prior to cleaning. I did a color match one once on a tj and had to remove all of the factory paint first- I used 220 grit then 400, 800. Fiberglass resin or polyester can be used for chips or smal cracks
Thanks for the info. It is thew khakis color. I believe it came off a 05 while rubi originally.

If it were me if post an ad on CL about the top and let it run for 2 weeks before I got a can of paint.

They Made a few black LJs with khaki flares to match the top. Looked very odd.
Thanks for the info.

Do you have a gasket between them and the body?

Mine don't and are blistered/rusted on the bottom side.

Xenon Flat Fender

I like them, I ran these same flares on my old TJ. When I bought the LJ I swapped them over.

What are you trying to say?

But seriously, do you carry a spare in your tub?

Seems like there was a bit of a discussion on what color the hard top was. Mine is more towards the grey spectrum which yours appears to be the same. Could be wrong.

I have an Exogate. That pic is a little old.

The rails were on it when I got it. They are Big Daddy rock sliders. http://www.rockcrawler.com/techrepor...kers/index.asp The hardtop is a slate grey color.
