Next up the flares are turning black because they're peeling, and the tcase drop is going away. Also thinking about ditching the 35's for some 33's on Moabs with spacers and 3" Savvy coils.
Thought it was mine at first glance! Good looking LJ.

FWIW, I went from 33's to 35's. Helps keep the highway RPM's down. Looks better too IMO.
Enjoy it, whatever you decide.

Got some new treads for the LJ along with some other goodies. Hope to have them mounted up soon.

I just bought Pitbull Rockers for my LJ too! What size did you get? Mine are bias ply 37s.

Compared to my 35" MTZs:

Nice man. Can't wait to try em out. I went with 35" radials since I've gotta drive to wherever I wheel. Plus my jeep sits for long periods of time so figured the radials wouldn't get flat spots as easily as bias.

Ha. So guess you've spent some time in southern Maryland. Stoney's is delicious, but I'm in the military and on the other side of the world for a few more months.

Do you all have the same frame as I do. I find it very odd to have this weld on the frame. It's above the driver side control arm. Does everyone else have it as well?

Mine has a plate welded onto the frame right there.

You need to clean that frame up and paint it all over at the suspension mount welds. Probably wouldn't hurt to cost the inside of the frame with a kit. You obviously live somewhere they salt the roads?

Thanks guys. I don't understand why the weld is there. I think it's the same bend on the passenger side. Yes I will work on cleaning up the frame as time is allowed. Right now I have to figure out the vibration issue under the front end.
