I'd like to know this too. My grill is rusting because of the chrome overlay traping water.

Zone 4 1/4 combo lift, and 33 x 10.5 x r15 BFG KM2. Better ride than stock!

The muffler is actually located under my transfer case skid so I won't he able to get a good pic of it. I'll give it a shot though

Yeah, I played with the location a bunch before I pulled the trigger on the big commitment. Ended up where it is cause it looked different, but still good in my opinion.

Yeah its routed over the frame. No body lift. It is NOT completely flush with the rocker. It doesn't stick out too much at all though. Will take pics Monday afternoon I'm off at 4pm so I'll still have day light.

320 gritt sand paper, rustoleum primer, rustoleum semi-flat black paint. One coat of primer and two coats of top coat. Also note, I painted the chrome grill cover and not the grill itself. I need to fix the rust problem on my grill.

When I painted my grill, I just cleaned it, scratched the crap out of it with a scotchbrite pad, used some Rustoleum self-etching primer and some spray-on bedliner.
