After dumping way to much money into a YJ with V8 and D60s, owning a CJ for about 2 months and royally pissing off the wife when the word Jeep is even mentioned, I bought this while she was out of town.....lol I can't even begin to think about mods until the initial storm passes. Then I just want to do about 3 inches of lift and 33s to cruise the beach and play around. Not many rocks in Savannah to crawl.

Well at least its an LJ - It wont feel as cramped as a TJ when your sleeping in it
Nice Clean Jeep though - have fun with it.

Nice LJ!
You have a lot of lift there, have you ever considered larger tires?

I'm a fan of 33's, and that's what I plan on for my rig, but yea...IMHO, 35's at least for this to look even better.

@azatrox / NCUNLIMITED
Thanks, the tires are 285-75-16 on a 8x16 rim. the lift is a 4,5" RE LA with 1" BL and 1" coil spacers. the next tires in spring are 33x12,5x15 on 10x15 Alcoa Classic which iīve still from my TJ.
i donīt like larger tires than 33s ... maybe i kick off the coil spacers ... but i bought it in november like you can see her in the pic .... shes soooo sweet, isnīt she??

Unless you are doing a tummy tuck, you should remove the body lift (as well as the coil spacers). the 4.5" long arm is plenty to clear 33s

Just leave it alone---you may like your 33's now but in time you will want 35's or bigger and yes it is a sweet Jeep!
