Nice... more info on the doors please? Ive never seen that style, very cool. You paint your flares? I had to learn Spanish just so I could tell the guys at the car wash "no Armor All" It never entered my mind to paint them - how does that work out, special paint? I always wondered what the proper cleaning procedure is for that type of plastic.

The uppers made by bulldawg doors. Bestop makes some too but they're more expensive. I like these.

The flares are getting a coat of spray on bedliner soon. You could use krylon fusion if you prefer just the painted look.

Justin, you have a rig to be proud of and with Blaine setting up that Currie suspension for you, well, you know it's done properly. No second guessing there. Did you go with a new driveshaft?

My offer still stands to trade you my blue half doors (that will match your jeep) for you're black ones. Might save you the cost of a re-paint?? They're not perfect but they're not that bad either. No rush....they're not going anywhere.

yep. I have to paint them to match regardless so I offered my blue ones to Justin if he's interested.

Once the hardtop comes off, half doors are so nice for the summer.

I have to get my half doors painted to match soon too. Currently mine are just different shades of green. When I get back home in a couple of weeks the hardotp is coming off and the half doors are going on. Then I'm hitting the trails for the weekend!!

I'm really interested in seeing what it looks like with no doors and the soft top on without windows. Should make for a great pic that I will get on here.

Marco, maybe sometime this summer we should meet up (trail run?) and I can check out the doors. The ones I have are in great shape and the black doesn't bother me TOO much, but I would love color matched. Hmm..

And no driveshaft/SYE. No bad vibes (none worse than stock) up through 80 mph.

First Jeep

I can finally play!

My wife just brought her home (I'm just finishing up a deployment), but I can't wait to get back and take it out in the dirt. It's an '06 Unlimited, but not a Rubi. The original owner is part of a Jeep club and was getting crap for not buying the Rubicon, so to shut them up he just bought the stickers! I'll be driving it from California to Texas in a few weeks and am looking forward to making some stops along the way to break her in.

Nice Jeep! Please tell me that you're going to remove the Rubicon stickers...

Nice Jeep Coastie. And if you decide to leave the rubicon stickers on..........doesn't bother me one bit. It's your jeep!
