not sure what to ask, there is a lot of money in that set, obviously i wont get what has been spent on it, but I am not sure....still considering selling it, not set in stone yet.
My Dad sure wheels his FJ. There are people with any 4wd that will or won't use it; Hell today on the way to work I saw a TJ with 20's and low profile tires
A few pics from my other thread. This is the EXACT same LJ I bought new in 2006 and sold for my JK. Tracked down the owner and bought it back 2 days ago! Looks identical to when I sold it. I added the M8274 yesterday. So counting the wife's 2011 Sahara mall crawler, we now are a 4 Jeep family.

Santa Rita's, That one picture with the great view in front of the Jeep is Gunsight pass.
Sure is a shame the Rosemont Copper Mine is ruining it out there plowing all the trails to make way for huge machinery etc.... Not as much fun out there as it used to be.
That's a shame about the mine. I thought that thing had been stopped.
Looks like you're on the east side of the mts? Haven't spent much time on that side, I usually go in from the I-19 side. Never wheeled there, I look for reptiles down there. The Ritas are a great range with a very diverse species list.
And I assume u can't have any white lights above ur headlights. That's the Utah code here. Those lights are sweet tho. I want to slap some on mine for fun, when I finally find a job.. Lol

So after 26 years of owning 1 jeep I felt it was time for another. I will never part with my cj but I just cant use it as a daily driver. I am still in the process of finishing it but it should be done soon, well 26 years and is a jeep ever done?. The lease was up on one of our cars and I decided I didn't want a new one. There was only one jeep I could see buying newer than 1986 and it was an LJ. Its as close to a scrambler that chrysler ever came. I am not a big fan of the jks. So now I will have the last of another generation. So as I come over to the dark side I guess its time to join the party.
Nice Reny Bob...and nice LJ too. I had the EXACT same CJ a few years ago and regret selling it. I just couldn't daily drive it anymore.Same color exterior, interior, and renegade decals. Didn't buy it in Jersey did ya? I think I love my LJ more though.
It is my daily driver right now so I want to take it easy with a build. I am leaving as it is for the winter to see how well it handles. I must say that this is case where extra length matters. What a difference in the handling and road manners from my cj. :ranton: One thing the damn door handles are backwards. I like my cj handles better! they open the right way :rantoff: I am a skier so I will be putting a lot of road miles on it. I may go to a 33" tire but probably keep a BFG AT maybe go to a 17" rim. Give it a little more ground clearance for snow and some mild off road but still give it a little better performance on the road. I have a couple of boats I tow as well one is 15ft glastron the other is a 16ft pontoon. I am planning on a build thread when I start. My goal is to make a modern day Commando. After reading Jeff Scherb's thread on his custom fiberglass top it got me motivated to design one that would suit my need. I will post more about that in a build thread. At some point I would love to put a HEMI 5.7 in it since it will also be a small tow rig. But that would be much later. This spring I plan on building the custom top which I will explain more details in my build thread. Here is my Concept drawing. I would like some thoughts.
